Meyerdirk Art

Meyerdirk Art

I never planned to turn my love of metal art into a business. Back in the day, I simply wanted to create. I started making pieces that felt bold, unique, and true to me. At first, it was just a personal outlet — my way to express ideas and bring something different into the world.

That changed when I began sharing the work at art shows across the Midwest and Southwest. Meeting people face-to-face, seeing their reactions, and watching pieces find new homes felt meaningful. What began as a quiet creative time for me slowly grew into something bigger and more connected.

Over the years, that early passion has become Meyerdirk Art. It is no longer just my story. It has grown into a family journey. Together we continue to create and share metal wall art and sculptures that people welcome into their homes and outdoor spaces.

Some of my favorite hours are still the ones spent in the studio. There is a quiet satisfaction in working with metal, shaping ideas into form, and seeing a piece come together. The studio is a place of focus and calm, where the outside world fades, and the simple joy of creating takes over. Those moments of making remain at the heart of everything we do.

I also experience real joy when a customer falls in love with a piece — that is when something special happens. I enjoy sharing our time together, the conversation, and the moment when the art finds its new home. That exchange is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.

I am deeply grateful for every client who has supported us along the way. Your love for the work means everything. Without you, there would be no Meyerdirk Art. The connections we make, the conversations we share, and the knowledge that our pieces become part of your lives remain the greatest rewards of this path.

Looking back, I feel thankful for how it has unfolded. What started as a simple desire to create has become a lasting part of our lives — filled with the joy of making, the privilege of sharing, and the deep appreciation for the people who make this journey possible.
